You are a creature of habit. So much so that you do many things out of habit. Things such as when to eat and how much to eat is often dictated by your habits.

Today, I challenge you to listen to your body. You only have one body and you can’t find a replacement for your body or its parts. Its important to listen to your body as listening to it will teach you how to take care of it.
