Breathing is the most important habit that keeps you alive. Don’t you agree? Breathing is something that you do 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike eating, breathing is something that you continue to do even when you sleep. If you stop eating for a day you would still be alive, but if you stop breathing for 5 minutes, you could die.

Such is the importance of breathing, and yet very few people talk about how to do it correctly. You may be taking breathing for granted, simply thinking that just because you are already breathing, you are probably doing it correctly. In reality, many people breathe in a way that could cause their health problems. This is again because breathing is something that you do 24 hours a day. If you breathe wrongly, you would be breathing wrongly 24 hours a day. This eventually will cause you health problems. One such problem is sleep apnea.

So I would like to discuss with you what the correct breathing should be like. In this video, Ill demonstrate that breathing is something that you can control. Your breathing is a habit that you developed, and it is also something that you can unlearn.
