How are you doing? Let’s be frank about a few things. If you want to change your habits, then we need to set rules. When it comes to breathing, I give you the most important rule of all. This is Rule # 1. Be sure to observe yourself all day and even employ some help from those you work or live with to help you comply with this rule. Its a fairly easy rule to follow too. I followed it for about a week, and next thing I knew, I already changed a habit.
