These problems I mentioned are brought about by muscle fatigue. Your breathing is highly dependant on your muscles. It is your muscles that help pull your lungs open so you can inhale, and it is also your body’s muscles that squeeze the lungs to bring air out.
So today you will learn how to stretch and relax your muscles so that they will be ready for your breathing activities when I teach them to you. If you suffer from any musculoskeletal disorders, please consult with your doctor to ensure the safety of these exercises for you.
