When you think about asthma, you might just think of a coughing problem. However, there are a lot of other symptoms beyond just your usual cough. Let’s go through some of them.
Wheezing
Wheezing is a whistling noise made by breathing through narrowed air passages. If you frequently wheeze, especially during physical activity and at night; then you may ust have asthma. Click here to know what wheezing sounds like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4qNgi4Vrvo
Shortness of Breath
Shortness of Breath is another symptom shared among many asthmatic people. This can appear as having trouble catching your breath. This feels like there isn’t enough air inside or even difficulty in breathing in some cases. This can also be triggered by the same thing that triggers asthma such as allergy triggers, exercise or stress.
Chest tightness or pain
Tightness in the chest is another common symptom of asthma. Your chest can feel like it has a heavy object lying on it or as if there’s a tight string tied around it making it hard to take deep breaths. Up to 76% of asthma sufferers experience Chest Pain. If these symptoms happen repeatedly, make sure that you seek medical advice for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Resolving these other symptoms using an alternative program
I used to suffer from all of these symptoms too. I regularly took medicines and these problems just kept coming back. Lucky for me, I learned a how to manage them without medicines, and I’ve been medicine-free and asthma-free for more than 20 years already.
Since becoming a doctor, I sought to teach people what I’ve learned and formalized my instruction in my masterclass called “Beat Asthma”
